ParlaParla is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Macs you own or control. You may install it on any device associated with your Apple ID, as allowed by the Mac App Store.

Third-party services
ParlaParla depends on OpenAI's API for transcription and AI enhancement. Your use of those services is governed by OpenAI's terms of service and usage policies. You are responsible for the charges OpenAI bills to your account.
Warranty disclaimer
ParlaParla is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on OpenAI's models, your microphone, your speech, and your environment. We make no guarantee that the app will be error-free or that transcription will be accurate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ParlaParla and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
